This unique type of olive derives it’s name from the region of Kalamata where it currently grows. The olive fruit has a long shape (Almond), a beautiful black violet color that is obtained on the tree and provides rich flavor and hard texture. These olives are processed by natural fermentation and packed in brine and red vinegar to preserve the crispness. They are selected for their sweetness, their rich flavor and their difference in appearance. Plastic barrel (12kgr.) for all four varieties of Kalamata Olives, Large, Extra Large, Jumbo and Colossal.
